Juvenile detained, another injured after apparent stabbing in NW Harris Co., officials say

HARRIS COUNTY, Texas (KTRK) -- Precinct 4 deputies have released a juvenile following an apparent stabbing in northwest Harris County, according to the sheriff's office.

The incident happened in the 200 block of Leaflet Lane just before 7 a.m. Harris County Precinct 4 Office said that there was an alleged fight between the two juveniles, leading to one being stabbed in the shoulder.

SkyEye13 flew over the scene and saw deputies shield the juvenile with an umbrella near the patrol car and put them in. At one point, the juvenile was seen walking back to the home after deputies removed him from the car.

The injured juvenile did receive medical attention, Precinct 4 said.

An investigation is ongoing, according to officials.
